HOW DO WE SHIP AND WHAT IS PRICING?

We offer flat fee shipping in Australia and tracking info will be sent to you once it has been updated by the freight company. Different shipping rates may apply to some products such as ‘Customised’ or ‘Call for Order’ products.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We are based in Adelaide, Australia and ship Australia wide. 

We do not ship internationally.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please send us an email at info@christiansuppliesaustralia.com.au within 24 hours of purchase. The item will be shipped to your given address 24 hours after the order is processed. Christian Supplies Australia is not responsible for wrong shipping after the time period. If the shipment is returned to Christian Supplies Australia the customer will have to pay second time shipping fee.

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE? 

*Due to COVID, delivery times may be longer than normal*

This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.

All items are fulfilled from our warehouses located in Australia.

Stocked items are usually shippped within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Within Australia, deliveries with Australia Post usually takes between 1-10 working days. Please ensure you select an address where someone is available during business hours so you can have your purchase as quickly as possible. If for some reason the item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at your assigned delivery address and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office printed on the card.

In Adelaide, deliveries with APD (Adelaide Parcel Delivery) should be delivered in the next half-day once your parcel has been registered in their parcel delivery network.
