WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

flat rate of $15.00 shipping applies to most orders shipped within Australia. 'Customised', 'Heavy/Bulky' and 'Special Order' products may have different shipping rates.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

*Due to COVID, delivery times may be longer than normal*

Within Australia, we usually deal with Australia Post or other national transport companies. Deliveries with Australia Post usually takes between 1-10 working days. Please ensure you select an address where someone is available during business hours so you can have your purchase as quickly as possible. If for some reason the item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at your assigned delivery address and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office printed on the card.

In Adelaide and services regions nearby, deliveries with APD (Adelaide Parcel Delivery) should be delivered within 1-5 days once your parcel has been registered in their parcel delivery network.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be e-mailed to you if available.

Orders can be tracked through Australia Post or APD's tracking tool using the tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch.

Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. 

If your parcel is showing as delivered by Australia Post, they should have left a card in your letterbox advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office. 

If you haven’t received a tracking number, a collection card and the delivery timeframe has been surpassed, please contact us at sales@christiansuppliesaustralia.com.au or call us between the hours of 9.30am and 5pm (ACDT), Monday - Friday on (08) 8244 1811.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ORDER?

Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you on delivery or collection, as the case may be. Please Email us if you have any questions or call us at (08) 8244 1811.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to online orders after they’ve been placed. These include: amending a delivery address, adding or removing items or changing sizes. Please ensure you review all of your details before completing the checkout process.

We can’t always guarantee something will fit. If you are unsure about the sizing, please see the information on the product's description if available. If you are still unsure, please contact us.
