Returns Policy

*Due to COVID, delivery & return times may be longer than normal*

THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIS ONLINE STORE.

Christian Supplies Australia generally does not provide a refund or exchange simply because of change of mind, you made a wrong choice or the product was not what you expected.

You may return your online purchase by either:

  • Posting it back to our store; or
  • Visiting our store  

Item(s) must be received back within 14 days of the date of receiving your order.  
After 14 days, Christian Supplies Australia cannot accept returns for any reason other than if it is faulty (detailed further below).

REFUNDS

We are happy to accept item returns for a refund where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition;
  • the goods have not been worn or used;
  • the goods have the original tags still attached;
  • the goods have the original packaging;
  • the goods are received back within 14 days of date of purchase;
  • are accompanied by proof of purchase /invoice,

AND We agree that the items are:

  • Faulty (unless caused by you);
  • Have been wrongly described; or
  • Are different to the goods that you ordered.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (excluding the freight fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. Immediately Email us or call us at (08) 8244 1811If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item from an online order. The alleged fault must be clearly identified to us in order for the item to be assessed. Christian Supplies Australia will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where permitted by law, all other rights are excluded. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RETURNS PROCESS - TO ONLINE STORE (AUSTRALIAN ORDERS)

To return an item:

  1. Pack your item in secure packaging
  2. Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your item.
  3. Send package including invoice via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery to:

Please note that Christian Supplies Australia takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Allow two weeks from the day you returned your order for your return or exchange to be processed and for your account to be credited.
